Unless you get them at a super discount, Beats are a shocking ripoff.

I bought a pair of Sennheiser CX300B MK II from amazon and have been quite happy with them. Pretty good value at $33.

I ended up getting studio beats. Yeah...pretty expensive and I probably could have gotten something else for that price but I'm liking them so far
