want to delete "SH" file

Hi
after update my mac i received message from the system, one file named "SH" in bin folder is from unknown developer and it is running in background. with little search i found it is system file but i do not why mac mention it is from unknown source

what should i do ! i can not deleted

You can’t delete sh, it’s a system file. And it’s not to blame.
You have a shell script that runs at login. Look into
/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/LaunchAgents
~/Library/LaunchAgents
