Want to do fresh restore on 5s. Is there a way to restore only the SMS?

I bought my new phone last night and want to do a "fresh" installation of everything. Is there a way to just restore the SMS from a previous backup?

Darn. I have been googling and found some tools but not sure how reliable it is. I rely heavily on my saved SMS.
