iPad Pro Want to do this CLIPS APP Effects in 2018 iPad Pro?

I just wanted to ask you guys here I have the 2018 11" iPad Pro and I was wondering if I can do this in CLIPS App or not ? Or can this be only done with the device which has LIDAR scanner which sadly the 2018 iPad Pro does not have.
