Probably the viewing angle. I definitely look at my phone from the side like this. 🤣Why does the whole screen look washed out on that picture?! Black on OLED is black, not grey.
So it’s more a case of the camera just showing something you can’t see.It doesn't look anything at all like this. On-axis, it vanishes. Off-axis, you can make out the separation a little bit if you're looking for it, and at some angles you can clearly see the cameras/sensors, but the extended notification still blends remarkably well.
Most importantly, have you taken your iPhone Pro outside and seen how it looks for yourself? Or are you just making judgments based on a screen shot that's been making the rounds?will look ugly as hell
If I'm understanding you, that's the generous interpretation. As opposed to a possibility such as editing on top of efforts to exaggerate it as dramatically as possible. So it’s more a case of the camera just showing something you can’t see.
You think? It was a video review from the verge and you can see it in plenty of shots. If I'm understanding you, that's the generous interpretation. As opposed to a possibility such as editing on top of efforts to exaggerate it as dramatically as possible.
I don’t think. I know. I’ve been using the phone for a little while in daylight and what is represented here is a wild departure from anything a user experiences. You think? It was a video review from the verge and you can see it in plenty of shots.
I have my iPhone 14 Pro now and can confirm you can actually see the cameras in daylight. I used my other phone to record a video and for someI don’t think. I know. Someone before really chimed in with a clue. Is that what an OLED screen at black looks like in the sunlight?
But yeah. Even if the photo wasn’t edited, the OP overexposed and went out of their way to exaggerate. Which is disingenuous at best.
