Want to get iPhone4...sell iPhone 3g???

I am buying the iPhone 4 100% sure.
I now want to sell my old iPhone 3G. What would be a good price to sell it for on ebay? I can jailbreak it, will that increase the price in which I can sell it for?
It is a 8gb 3G. I just don't want to get ripped off when I sell it

Just jailbreak it and start the auction at .99. If you want at least a certain amount put a reserve on it. People will bid up to what they sell for.
