Hi so I have a US icloud account where I have lots of photos synced and uploaded to icloud.

Now I want to move these synced photos to another country's icloud account (different apple id & country).

Can anyone please tell me how to move icloud photos in this scenario in the fastest time possible? Thanks so much!
