Want to order the iphone but not sure of the return date

Hi all,

It seems the delivery time of the iPhone 6 is 10 working days but the return period is 14 days. Does the period start when I place my order or when I pivkup the phone? Does anyone know?

It's when you get the phone - either delivered, or when you pick it up from store.

14 days starts when the phone is in ur possession. Once it gets delivered and once u pick it up.

Also be aware that the day you receive it is considered day 1, e.g., get a phone on Monday and 14 days is the second Sunday.

No worries, Apple products have always been top notch out of the box for me.

YMMV but I exchanged an iPhone 6 for a 6+ on day 30. Apple Store was very accommodating.

Yeah, they tend to be more accomodating for exchanges, especially if you're giving them more money in the process.

FYI, although website claims 7-10 business days for an iphone 6, they seem to be shipping sooner. If UPS isn't lying about my delivery date being tomorrow I"ll receive on the 4th business day after ordering it on 10/21.
