Want to print out a hard copy of Address Book

Is there a way to do this without individually printing out each contact card in the address book?

Thanks Neko, I'm going to try these methods later this weekend. They are for older versions (I'm running Snow Leopard), but hopefully they're still applicable. Also, that iDress is a great idea, but it is a pretty old program and the link is a dead end but I found it via google. Thanks!
