Want to restore PowerMac, keep some software

Hello!

I want to know if and how I can do this with my PowerMac G5 (late 2005 model):

I want to restore this computer so that it is wiped clean, buuuut I want to put certain programs back onto it.

The thing is, I do not have the original discs for these programs.

Am I able to achieve this? If sooo what would be the best process of this?
