iPod Want to sell iPod on eBay but product is registered. A problem?

Hi, I'm planning on selling iPod nano on eBay, but I registered it the day I got it. It's been about a month.

Is this a problem? Is there a way to "unregister?" What would I do in this situation?

Well you've opened it and stuff too right? You just sell it as a great condition barely or not at all used iPod.

The new owner can go to Apple's website and re-register it. At least that is what APple told me, if it is within the first year.
