Ok, so i did a clean install of my computer to Snow Leopard not to long ago and am now trying to put music onto my iphone. I had put all of the music on a hard drive when i did a clean install and all of my music is back into itunes. However, when i try to click the box "manually manage music and videos" it says it will delete all the data on my iphone.

What i need to know is will it erase ALL my data, including apps, photos etc. or will it just delete my music? My iphone is jailbroken and was wondering if i click the erase and sync if it would delete the jailbroken firmware and everything else, or just my music?
