Want to Synch Itunes between My Imac and Mac Pro

Hi,

I recently purchased a new Mac Pro. I currently have my Itunes library on my IMac and want to access that library on my Mac Pro. The key is that I want everything to be synched, playlists, playcounts, etc. If I play a song on one of the computers or my Ipod, I want it to update the playcount and last time played, so that no matter what I play the song on, it is updated in Itunes.

Is this a problem or easy to have happen?
