Want To Take ScreenCapture Of a Moving Picture ? How ?

is there a way to take screenshot of a movie like if say I wanna take a screenshot of a movie when the frames enters say 15:27 till say 15:30 The Grag APP of the MAC is not syncing with this in the sense there is a window capture in it which takes a screen capture after 10 secs of clicking start and by then the movie at the time which I wanna take the screen shot has already gone forward. so I am not able to sync the timings of both the things.

Manual Screen Capture is even more worst to say. Anything better that anyone can suggest ?

I want to take a still image of a Movie and not record the movie again.

Cmd - Shift - 3 should to the trick.

Use it that way : at 15:00, hold Cmd + Shift depressed.

At 15:28, hit the "3" key.

I already tried that manual way, it is for some reason taking screenshots either just a little early or little later. I am looking for something an APP in which I can preset the same timings as my video clip so that it will automatically take screenshot of the movie when the time reaches 15:27
