I was running VMFusion Version 3 under Snow Leopard quite happily with a couple of virtual windows machines on it. I then upgraded to Mountain Lion and found my Version 3 of VMFusion won't work!!

So I need to upgrade but I don't want to loose my current virtual machines!

I've looked on the VMWare website and strangely there is an option to upgrade to Version 5 Professional (for about 45 Euros) and an option to buy the non upgrade full version (but not professional), again for about 45 Euros, but no option to upgrade to the non professional version.

So my first question is do I buy the upgrade to the professional version or the non upgrade to the normal version?

My second question is if I install either of these will they find and recognise my current virtual machines (wherever they are on my hard disk)

Many thanks
