Want to visit msn.com while in a foreign country

For some reason, I cannot visit www.msn.com from my ipod touch and ipad as I am currently in Tokyo. Safari takes me to MSN.JP site, which I don't want to visit. Can someone tell me how I can make Safari to take to msn.com on my iPad or iPodTouch 5th gen?

I type in www.msn.com in the web address; but, it seems the web site re-directs me to its JPN site. This is just frustrating to say the least.

Scroll down to the buttom of the page, click msn worldwide which is the 6 th link from left. This will take you to msn worldwide from which you can switch to the US edition.

Is a dumb move to spell this in kanji .....
