Wanted: An app that will analyse an MP3 and write artist/song info to ID3 tag.

Pretty self-explanatory title.

I'm looking for a program that will 'listen' to MP3s given to me on an unmarked mix CD and would then contact an online database and fetch/enter ID3 tag information based on the content of the audio (various artists/albums etc)....

Any ideas? Does such a thing exist?
