Wanted App: Syncing

hi guys.

i got external drives, thumb drives, different computers etc. etc. etc.

i am looking for an app, that would sync them.

e.g. i have a thumb drive with a document and i printed out this document. but after that, i don't really need the document no more and i have the same document in another thumb drive, that i used for presentations.

so, is there an app that would delete the app automatically from the second thumb drive (of course, it has to ask, if this is really what i want).
