Wanted: App to Update my Apps on a Schedule

I was wondering if it is possible to automate/schedule apps to launch at predetermined times? This would be handy for apps such as my RSS reader. This way, I can schedule it to update itself every morning before I leave the house... Thanks.

I think this question would be better suited here since it would require a jailbroken phone to run this app. This would be useful for those apps that do not have push notifications like To-do apps that aren't web based, the App Store, Cydia, etc. It would also be useful for apps that do have push, but log you out every 24 hours, like AIM.

Anybody know of an app that will do this?
