I've not seen anyone mention this but in IOS 6 you get full screen safari on the iPhone but not on the iPad .

I know the iPad screen is bigger but other web browsers support full screen on the iPad so why not unify full screen safari to both iPhone and iPad?

Yes I could use 3rd party browsers but they don't get to use the faster java engine do they?
 
I can see that some people would want this feature, but I guess they don't look at it as a necessity because you already have so much screen real estate. That said, I'm not sure what the usefulness of not including the feature is.
 
Just installed "Google Search" on my iPhone. I don't understand why Safari doesn't operate using the same features. Scroll down and the bars at the top and bottom disapear. It seems too logical?

I did see that Google Search uses apple "bounce" effect though. naughty.
