I am looking for a skilled Flash Developer who can create a site based on MySQL or similar. I don't want to make this public. All I need is for the developer to be UK based, so I can have a face to face consultation. I am soon to buy an XServe as the powerhouse for this project, it will hopefully be highly expansive. I can't afford to pay, but I am sure we can come to a deal. The whole project should hopefully be quite lucrative.

XServes aren't great for web hosting, you might want to consider an x86 server running a Linux distro...they're extremely reliable and easier to remote-administer, and a lot cheaper.
