That pic is quite silly - I'd bet Bill's not too happy about it - cause I can't imagine he would have approved
But good for them to take this approach - only real complaint is that given how much money MS actually has, the amounts might be a little on the low side

With $5,000,000 they could hire 50 security programers at $100,000 each. I'm sure at that salary they could attract a few very talented programers... if they have an ounce of foresight, they are planing to hire them with the $4,500,000 left over.
