Greetings all
I wanting to start an online classified ads website for a local military Community.
1. I have a web URL picked out (available)
2. I am Active Duty Military (USAF) myself, and the site would also cater to local Military members and their families, and also to local host nation citizens. Both would be listing/buying/selling.
3. I do want to eventually make some $$ off of this - but nothing crazy. Still doing my research here...
4. Competition would be fierce at the start as there is already a very popular website that folks use for this same purpose currently. HOWEVER, it is lacking many features and is not very buyer friendly currently. This is the area that I think I can use to attract folks...
5. I would most likely be looking to pay a developer to get the website looking how I want it to look and getting it going...where do I start in regards to this?
Any ideas or thoughts for me?
