Wanting to upgrade to Yosemite on my triple boot MBA?

I currently have a Mid 2013 13" MBA triple booting Mavericks, Windows 7 and Ubuntu via rEFInd and Grub.

I'd like to upgrade to Yosemite but keep my current configuration, I remember trying to update when Yosemite was first released but it wouldn't let me

Is there a easy way to upgrade to Yosemite without disturbing Windows and Ubuntu?

You tried booting to the Mavericks partition and apply Yosemite update on top of Mavericks?
