In a van down by the river
What new apps or current app abilities are you looking for when WatchOS is released in 2024?

1) I would like to see Apple Notes on the watch
2) I would like to see the red mail badge for new mail
3) I would like to see a repetitive haptic and audible alert if the watch battery fails below a certain percentage
4) I would like to see a repetitive haptic and audible alert if the watch detects abnormal pulse ox, heart rhythms etc.

2nd vote on #4 above

. Make widgets optional, I’m tired of them popping up
. Streamline the settings app
. Let me delete any app of my choice

Yes and yes.

Let me delete any app of my choice
…and HECK. YES. I haven’t been listening to podcasts lately, but even when I was, I didn’t use Apple Podcasts. WHYYYY can’t I delete the dang app?!

To reverse and go back to WatchOS 9!

Failing this improvement, being able to configure buttons/gestures would be useful. For example, returning the control panel to swiping up, saving the crown only for widgets. Favourite apps on the side button and a double tap on the crown to return to the most recent app would be great.
Currently, I'm on 9 and have no plans to move to 10.

1: Kill the widgets
2: Make the battery drain like WatchOS 9
3: Maps integrated to the running app and Import routes from Strava or other places to the native workout app
