Hey guys,

I wanted to let you know that if you, like me, have not updated your address with AT&T if you moved, the "acceptance of terms and conditions" email sent by AT&T will show the old address on file, and shipped there!

Here's the mess. When I called AT&T to place the order, I made them aware of my new address, corroborated with the billing address of the credit card they used to charge the phone. However, when I received this email, they still showed the old address. I called, and they confirmed that the phone would be shipped to the old address. They also informed me that it takes up to 30 days for a change of address, since they need to verify it with the US Post Office.
Hence, if you accept the terms and condition with the old address, you are responsible for its loss.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, and after waiting a while, their response was that it was noted to ship it to the new address, but to go head and accept the terms anyways. NO WAY ! By doing so, you are telling them that it's ok to ship to a wrong address.
I called again, and this last rep informed me that they were notified of a glitch in their system just about 1 hour ago about shipping and billing addresses. Go figure !
Bottom line, they set up a following call appointment to resolve the issue, assuring me that I would not loose my place in line to get the phone...

I'll post an update once I talk to them.

So... be aware and pay attention to the email !!!
