You're not missing much, tbh - it's a "comedy" sketch from the BBC that personally I thought wasn't particularly funny or clever
The irony is that it's in flash so it cant be used on an ipad. So that's the only funny thing about the link because the sketch is a snoozer..

Which site were you looking at? The OP's link worked fine for me in the YouTube App and I could view the same video on YouTube's mobile site.
Got to agree that the sketch really wasn't funny though...
im in the best country in the world. USA. thats why it didn't play(Haters j/k). its a stupid region restricted video
