Upgrading to a new phone usually involves selling the old one. Apple offers terrible prices, eBay charges high fees, Facebook Marketplace poses face-to-face risks.
So in the past I have used large companies such as Mazuma Mobile.

This company explicitly promises same-day payment. They received my phone at 9.01am this morning. They confirmed this by e-mail at 9.55am.

It is now 6:44pm and I have heard nothing more. Certainly no payment has been received.

So now I’ll have to take time out of my day tomorrow to chase it up. The whole point of these big resellers is that it’s easier.

So: be warned.
