I bought itunes match on my main Apple ID, then went to enable it on my iphone that uses the same Apple ID. I was presented with this .. warning?confirmation?

This Device is Already Associated with an Apple ID
If you use iTunes Match with your Apple ID, you cannot use iTunes Match, auto-download or download past purchases with a different Apple ID for 90 days.
Cancel / Transfer.

It is a bit scary/confusing.. would be nice if it told me which ID was in question because it makes it seem like my phone is using a different one right now. It gives me the sense I am about to do something I don't want to do. Does this warning normally show up when peuple enable iTunes match? What exactly am I transferring?

Edit: I enabled Match on my old iphone4 (still on ios6) that's being used as an iPod Touch now, and didn't get that error message.
My current phone (a 5) is used, but I restored my previous phone onto it from iCloud backup and use the same Apple ID on it
