Hi,

When I start up my MacBook Pro, only a few months old, I get a warning that flashes up on the screen before it disappears, it's only just happened in the last day or so and there are no problems that I am aware of.

Is there some way I can find out what it says?

I've tried running a software update and all is good there!

Stumped! ...and worried there is something that needs looking after.

I'm new to Mac and to using forums so hope I'm following the right forum etiquette here. I've learned lots from reading the threads here, I hope someone can help me out.

Thanks,
Leatherman

Thanks Aggie,

I tried to cmd -v and got those messages which filled the screen, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to read them and they were gone.

I will try again but if anyone can advise me on how to figure out this problem in another way it would be great.

Thanks
