Went with this outfit as the price seems reasonable and with endorsement from a regular member... after 30 days for a 2-5 days service, they tell me, "the server is been down, just be patience." Well, either they are incompetent or this is a scam. Paypal gave me a refund most likely because this is my very first claim after 10 years of using them, but you take your chances and your patience dealing with these folks.
BTW, their fine print says, "no refund if delays!" :roll eyes:
