There’s a company called Comply Foam that makes foam tips for AirPods and Beats headphones. I bought from them in the past with no issues, and I’ve generally been satisfied with their product.

However, they have switched their international shipping to a freight forwarder who couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery.

They quoted 6–10 days for the parcel to ship from the States to New Zealand, which I knew from previous experience was wildly optimistic. But I never would have guessed that I’d be sitting here three weeks after placing my order, and the parcel hasn’t even left the USA yet.

I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. At least two other international customers posted the same thing on Comply Foam’s subreddit.

Comply Foam refuses to issue me a refund and has nothing to offer except excuses, so I’m likely going to have to pursue a dispute with my bank and try to get them to reverse the charge.

Bottom line: if you don’t live in the USA, don’t order from Comply Foam.

I’m in the US but that makes me not want to buy from them. Usually when companies start having major problems like this it means the ship is taking on water

I'm in Canada and have found them on Amazon.ca and had them next day to my door via Amazon delivery.
Yeah, if you order from Amazon, it uses Amazon’s logistics, so no issues.

If you order directly from Comply Foam via their website… good luck.
