Some may know this already, but you may be getting conflicting alerts and emails telling you that there is an issue with your ATT order and to call them.
The one alert is false and sends you to the Uverse Support. The email that is generated appears to be false as well.
After talking to a few reps they suggested reprocessing the order and would expedite the same shipping time. I cannot stress more: DO NOT DO THIS AS YOU WILL MOST DEFF GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY.
I have confirmed with 3 other reps that are aware of the issue and the systems are generating erroneous status saying your order may be cancelled. Check your order status though and should show processing.
I just dont want to see anyone else have to get screwed because the reps over seas do not understand what is going on.
