Warnings When Verifying/Repairing Disk Permissions

Using Disk Utility on my MacBook Pro internal hard drive I get this:

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/OwnerGroupTool" has been modified and will not be repaired.
Warning: SUID file "usr/bin/lppasswd" has been modified and will not be repaired.


Are these important? How can I fix whatever happened here?

Second one, not in the list, but I expect also can be ignored.
