Something which happened spontaneously, which I find quite strange, and I'm lost for ideas as to how I can fix this
After swapping my mouse's batteries, as they were getting a bit low (Apple Cordless Bluetooth mouse) and turning it on again, it was moving really, really, really fast. Now, I use the mouse's sensitivity on its highest setting. Thats the speed that I like it - what I feel comfortable with. For some bizarre reason, I'm getting the same speed from the second to slowest sensitivity option. Alongside that, moving the mouse from side to side quickly makes it freak out a lot more than the mouse does usually (obviously it will if whipping the sides of the screen constantly, but this is more apparent with this problem.)
Reset the computer, turned it off/on, turned the mouse off and on, cleaned the lens and the lenses surroundings so that there's no hairs or dust causing the problem.. Out of ideas now!
Anyone got some ideas to try out on this one?
EDIT: Had a good ol' fiddle with it, and I think that a spec of dust must have gotten right in there with the lens (tweeser and cloth job) Problem solved.
