Received my refurb Macbook Pro 13 and everything tested out great. I was again thrilled with another refurb purchase from Apple...until i noticed that the thing does not sit flat on my desk. I sat it on my granite counter top and it still wobbled. Went online and found some threads on those with similar wobbling cases that apparently are not flat. At first i thought it was no big deal but it reminded me of sitting at a wobbly table at a restaraunt. No matter what, it bothers me.

Called Apple and they are sending out a replacement on their dime, and i'll return mine in the shipping box i receive.

Once again, kudos to Apple customer service.
 
Interesting. Glad to hear Apple took care of it. I just ordered a refurb 13" MBP last night and when it arrives I'll definitely keep an eye out for defects like this or anything else. Thanks for the heads up!
