I'm considering buying a used ipad 2 from a seller on amazon. The listing reads as follows:

*** ATTENTION: IT HAS TWO UNNOTICEABLE DEAD PIXELS ON THE SCREEN & THE APPLE WARRANTY UNTIL NOV/24/2012***

If the warranty is still applicable, does that mean that I could technically return the ipad due to the two dead pixels and be given a new one?

Thank you!

As the warranty is bound to the machine and not the owner, which can be a problem with stolen Apple products, the warranty is still valid, but you will not get a replacement with two dead pixels, as Apple's pixel policy allows two dead pixels.
