I had had my iPhone 4 for about 10 months when it all of the sudden developed weird problems (parts of the screen unresponsive, and other small stuff). I made a Genius appointment and the very nice girl quickly replaced my phone with a brand new one and all seemed well.

I recall even asking her this very question, but forgot her answer.

This current phone is acting up like CRAZY. I have all sorts of problems with it, from the camera, to the picture sync to the home button just randomly not working for a few hours and then back again. Quite frustrating.

My question is, does my warranty reset for another year from the date given the new phone, or does it just carry over from the first phone.

I am not, I believe, about a month past my initial warranty.

I believe that replacements from the Apple store carry a 90 day warranty.
