I bought my ipod shuffle online, and it's still under the 1 yr warranty. To avoid paying the outrageous $30 S&H apple says I'd have to pay to send it in to them, can I get around this somehow? If I go to the apple center in my student union, or perhaps a store that specializes in macs, would they be able to switch me one for free? I'm just wondering as I'm pretty busy and if someone could tell me before I drive around town wasting gas I'd really appreciate it.
