This may sound crazy but I will try and be concise

1. My iPhone 5 was quite slow compared to my friends iPhone 5

2. Bought 6+ and restored from iCloud - still slow and not zippy.

3. I restored to new and set up as a new phone, manually adding everything. Here is the thing - even after deleting basically everything (text messages etc...) my iCloud backup was still about 400 MB... OK)

4. Returned iPhone 6+ to the store for a iPhone 6 and restored from my 6+ that was set up as new... NOW the phone is blazing fast and my backup size on iCloud is only 60 mg even after downloading a bunch of apps etc...

Even though I "erased all content and settings" on the 6+, was it poisoned by my original iPhone 5 backup?? The thing was slow as hell compared to my new 6 that is very snappy.

Thoughts?
