AT&T was kind enough to move my upgrade date from October 23 to 2 weeks ago,but lo & behold,when I called to order, apparently I had been mis-informed by 2 agents in Customer Relations and had to wait until Release Day to do so. For all the issues I had with that,they had offered to give me a discount on an accessory. Thanks for that. So I ordered this a.m. and the rep says she will waive upgrade fee-without asking! Then I mentioned the discounted accessory offer and she asked what I wanted. So I mentioned a case. She asked which one and I said Otterbox Defender. I was expecting maybe a 50% discount. She asked which color and I chose on Navy. She needed supervisor approval and came back and said done deal,no charge! Seriously! She ordered it and I received the order confirmation,which was similar to the order confirmation for my 6S+ 64gig gold.
Couldn't be happier with AT&T at this moment.
She said delivery dates were the same for all colors (Oct 23-30) except Rose Gold which was 1 week later,pushed back to November. So I chose gold again.
