I'll admit... I was excited about Snow Leopard, but I was also nervous about installing it. There are always a ton of problems with new OS releases right? Anyways... hearing about how Apple had to re-write a lot of code to make stuff 64 bit and a Cocoa Finder, I was scared that a lot of stuff would be broken or glitchy.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised! Everything is fast, stable and working very well for me. I believe this is the very first time I've been truly satisfied with a brand new OS upgrade.

Bravo Apple! Bravo!

So, was anyone else nervous about updating and pleasantly surprised like me?... or is Snow Leopard a big nightmare for you?

Nervous about installing, was expecting some type of upgrade message, had this awful thought it was going to wipe everything and do a clean install

running wise I have no issues at all and installation was painless

feature wise, some of the new things suck

What sucks about some of the new things, if you don't mind me asking?

No, I knew what to expect from the Apple site and I've got Time Machine backups from Leopard's first day to the day i installed. Also did a full back up too.
