So i bought Windows 7 today for my mac because i was going to download a racing sim that only runs on windows. So before i went to install it i watched a quick video on youtube, I found out i would need my snow leopard disk during the installation. BUT i lost the disk!!! Has this happened to anyone before? All help is greatly appreciated!

Can you borrow a copy from someone else?

Another alternative ( don't do this without backups etc and a strategy to get back where you are right now ) is to upgrade to Lion ( most current operating system ).

You won't need the install disks if you are running Lion because the latest bootcamp assistant version has you create the windows driver disks ( or usb flash drives ) as part of the initial setup for bootcamp.
