Was surprised there's no Picture and Picture

I really wish you could browse the App Store, other apps, play a game, etc. on Apple TV while streaming content plays PiP, like with iOS 9. I was kinda expecting a richerer experience with the menu on the new Apple TV.

Wonder if the hardware is powerful enough for this...
