The last iPhone introduced by Steve was the iPhone 4.
The 4s was introduced by Phill.

However, Apple has a huge roadmap so it's safe to say that Steve worked on the iPhone 5, perhaps even the 5s (not the phone itself, but things like LTE or Touch ID)

The 4S was announced the day before Job's death. Hmmmmmmm. What date was it introduced?

So it was the last product announced before he died - but he didn't introduce it. Right?

I'f you mean the last iPhone he introduced, then that was the iPhone 4. However if you mean what iPhone design was the last influenced by Jobs then I would say that even the upcoming iPhone 7 was in someway influenced by him. Steve left quite a roadmap for Apple's products before he died.

Hmmmmmm... the 4S was announced one day before he died. The last product he was alive to see being intruded but he didn't introduce it.
