So i was updating my notebook i think it was 7 items, while i was doing that i was browsing the internet and then everything froze and the internet closed itself. After that little beach ball popped up I was unable to do anything. After a few mins. the updating thing disapeared and had a few windows to open it up again, so i clicked reopen. Then it froze again so i just turned it off and when i turned it on the only thing that shows up is that grey apple
