Battery drain is most likely cause be conflicting cydia tweaks or video wallpaper ect.

there are tons of threads about battery life and jailbreaking. if you know what your doing you can improve battery life though jailbreaking. if you don't know what your doing well guess what. allot of it is logic data and graphic intensive tweaks suck juice.
