I just realized I washed my iPhone but not through the whole cycle. But it still got soaked. I put it in a bowl of rice because I've heard that works. I don't even have my library on a computer (don't ask). If I have to get a new one, will I be able to sign in to iTunes and revert to the last back up to get my contacts, songs, and pics?

I'm so frustrated.

Well I've never had an iCloud account but when I got a new iPhone from switching carriers I just plugged it into iTunes and uploaded the last backup. Can't I just do that?

Yes, it'll be as current as the last time you backed it up to iTunes.

For future reference, setup an iCloud account, actually do it now on the iCloud.com site. Works like a charm and will keep contacts, calendars, notes, etc in sync.
