so normally the color is pretty good on my hdtv but i noticed that the colors look very "washed out" when running my mac display through the tv. should i just mess around with some contrast settings on the tv itself?

i tried creating a color profile but that just made it worse so im obviously not doing something right. does anyone mind helping me out?

thanks, greatly appreciated

Pretty sure the tv and computer have different screen quality. Each one will be different since they are not from the same manufacturer not are they using the same technology. I noticed this too but it went away after a while.

thats just because the display in the TV is terrible compared to the laptop. You want good colours then get a high end plasma

Not sure if it's related but this could be worth a shot
