Wasn't the background supposed to change?

I still have a black background on my 3G... I thought it was supposed to change to the one with bubbles? I even went into settings and selected the bubble one... but still I have a black background

The 400mhz processor in your 3g [and mine] can't display an image.

You'll need a new phone for wallpapering.

Yeah if you jailbreak it you can literally do just about anything you want to your background.

Yet Apple won't even let us 3G users have a simple image in the background.
